Start your day with some history of Hua Hin. Visit the Royal Family’s Summer Palace that is open to the public. It’s called Mrigadaygavan Palace in Cha-Am, which is just next to Hua Hin, located along the beach. This palace was built in the 1920s and architecturally it is beautiful. It is one of the longest teak buildings in the world and was a summer retreat for the royal family where the king would compose poetry and be healed by the fresh sea air. It’s a great place to couples to roam and wander. There’s a cafe where you can stop for morning tea overlooking the ocean.
