New to Hua Hin Must-See and Must-Do list for 2019:
Ronin Capsule Cafe and Art Space – a must-see art space in Hua Hin, support a local business and get a great cup of coffee at the same time
Go here for a coffee before you start your tour of Hua Hin. Check out a new and trendy coffee / gallery space run by a young family. It feels like a cafe you might stumble up in the backstreets of Harajuku, Tokyo. The coffee is good, the music is cool and the gallery is inspiring.
#1 Hua Hin Railway Station — a must-see destination in Hua Hin for people who love history, architecture and shopping
Close to the centre of town, so you can fit in some shopping after looking around. Go for the architecture. It’s very charming and quaint. Take lots of pictures and post them on Instagram. This is a must-see destination in Hua Hin that has history and charm. If you go later in the afternoon, you can check out the popular night market — Hua Hin Night Market, which comes alive from 6:30 every evening. Shop, shop and shop some more, grab snacks and local treats as you wander and bargain.

#2 Vana Nava Water Jungle — a must-experience destination for families who love water parks and adventure in Hua Hin
This water park is a fairly new addition to Hua Hin’s to see and do list. It’s clean, safe, and has lots of lifeguards on duty.
For families:
Take older kids rock climbing, enjoy riding slides as a whole family — for some of the attractions you sit in a ring with 4 others as you slide around, up and down. Take toddlers to the new baby splash zone. The whole family will love the giant water bucket splash where you can take some fun and memorable family photos.
For couples:
Get a cabana for the day, do laps in the lazy pool, swim up to the pool bar at the Infinity pool, and watch movies in the wave pool.
You can also fit in some shopping at the water park. There’s a Ripcurl surf shop, a play area for kids with toys, games and the waterpark’s mascot, swim and surf wear, and Thai souvenirs.

#3 Cicada Markets — must-shop experience in Hua Hin for people who love buying unique locally made and crafted products and eating delicious food
A fun and busy open-air market on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 pm. It is extremely popular. You can shop and eat there. The food is cooked to order and is delicious. You can get all the Thai favourites plus meat skewers, fried food, coconut ice-cream, fried banana fritters, and more. Go for the food and stay for the shopping and live music.
Open from 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
#4 Phraya Nakhon Cave — a must-see natural treasure for people who love to see natural wonders and take amazing photos

This cave is a very special and almost magical destination 60km south of Hua Hin. If you go in the morning as the sun streams down into the cave and illuminates the pavilion. It is not easy to get to, but worth the journey. Friends and family back home will be impressed to see your photographs of such a natural and magical wonder.

#5 Khao Takiyab — a must-see destination for people who love temples, beautiful coastal views and monkeys
Translated as Chopstick Mountain, this place is all about the view. You can take some incredible pictures of the Gulf of Thailand from this mountain inhabited by cheeky monkeys that cannot be trusted. After taking in the view and making sure a monkey doesn’t take your ice-cream, you can explore the temple and do some shopping at the stalls.

#6 Santorini Park — a must-do experience for people who love the atmosphere of Greece, amusement parks and shopping
If you don’t like to pay an entrance fee to shop, then try the Santorini Park Cha-Am. It’s a themed shopping and amusement experience inspired by the architecture of the Greek Islands. This is a great place for families. Kids will love exploring and experiencing all the attractions here. Kids from ages 4 – 8 will especially enjoy this place. Go later in the afternoon when it is not so hot. Lots of the shops here sell discounted sports attire and shoes. Overall this is a fun place to explore with kids, take selfies and do a bit of shopping. This shopping experience also comes with a water park, Ferris wheel and merry-go-round. If you’re in Hua Hin for a short time, you can fit in a lot at Santorini Park.

#7 Mrigadaygavan Palace — a must-see part of Thai royal history and beautiful architecture
Visit a slice of royal history in Hua Hin. The Thai royal family made the quaint coastal town of Hua Hin the location of their summer residence and palace and every day from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm you can visit the summer seaside palace of King Rama VI. As you explore and stroll around this beautiful beachfront complex of buildings suspended in time, you will be able to see royal artefacts and photographs. You will be able to feel and imagine what it was like to live here back when the royal family did. Mrigadaygavan Palace is a must-see destination in Hua Hin for people who love authentic historical places and period architecture.
